Description

To carry out a project to provide INL San Jose with efficient logistical and administrative customized support services that facilitate its travel and training activities, increasing INL San Jose's capacity and flexibility to expand host government attendance at critical trainings or events with U.S. law enforcement counterparts.

The proposed project directly advances the America First initiative by strengthening U.S. national security interests in the region, maximizing efficiency of U.S. government resources, and ensuring measurable returns on U.S. foreign assistance investments. By providing efficient, customized logistical and administrative support to INL San Jose, the project enhances the U.S. Department of State's ability to combat transnational crime, narcotics trafficking, and corruption threats that directly affect the safety of the American people and the integrity of U.S. borders.

The project emphasizes cost-effective operations and operational agility, enabling INL San Jose to expand host-government participation in training and law enforcement cooperation without increasing long-term U.S. staffing or overhead. This aligns with America First principles by ensuring that U.S. engagement abroad is strategic, targeted, and results-driven.
