The Technology-enabled Collaborative Learning Program will support the use of technology-enabled collaborative learning to improve retention of health care providers and increase access to health care services in rural and underserved areas.

Grant Details
The grant will support the procurement of a renewal of the Quantum Bronze Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is essential for maintaining existing Quantum DXi4800, Scalar i3, Xcellis Workflow Director, and QXS-484 storage systems. The SLA includes:

- Technical support from Quantum during normal business hours with next business day response.
- Access to firmware and software updates to ensure system compatibility.
- Replacement of customer-replaceable hardware units (drives, controllers, modules) with original manufacturer authorized equipment.
- Assurance that archived mission data remains recoverable and secure by keeping systems under warranty and supported by the OEM.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants must demonstrate capability in providing OEM-specific support for Quantum systems, including technical expertise and access to authorized hardware replacements. Preference may be given to vendors with a proven track record in maintaining similar systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period leading up to September 23, 2025.

Grant Value
The total value of the grant is estimated between $10,000 to $250,000, depending on the specific services required under the SLA.
