Description

The Physical Oceanography Program supports research on a wide range of topics associated with the structure and movement of the ocean, with the way in which it transports various quantities, with the way the ocean's physical structure interacts with the biological and chemical processes within it, and with interactions between the ocean and the atmosphere, solid earth and ice that surround it.
Background
The Department of Justice (DOJ) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the renewal of the FY26 POSIT Subscription. This program supports the DOJ's mission by ensuring access to essential software tools that enhance data analysis and cybersecurity capabilities. The goal of this grant is to procure specific software products that facilitate the development and management of data science projects within the DOJ.

Grant Details
The proposed requirement includes the following tasks and services:

1. Package Manager Basic: Essential support for using public package repositories and local packages within the network (Mfr. Part No.: PPM-Basic, Qty: 1).

2. Workbench Basic: Allows data scientists to develop code in RStudio Pro, Jupyter Lab, and Code OSS, including one server, one disaster recovery server activation, and one staging server activation (Mfr. Part No.: PWB-Basic, Qty: 5).

Vendors must provide a SEWP quote for these products and complete the attached CISA attestation form as part of their submission.
