MEMORANDUM FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS

SUBJECT: Communication Technical Support Services (CTSS)-V Industry Day
1. HQ ACC AMIC will be hosting a virtual open forum briefing Thursday, 25 Aug 2022 from
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (all times are Eastern Daylight Time). Relevant materials, including a
detailed agenda, will be provided prior to the event.
2. Participants can register and access meeting information for the open forum on Event Brite at
https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ctss-v-industry-day-open-forum-tickets-391190069027. Please do
not share virtual meeting information with other individuals as we are tracking participation
through the Event Brite system.
3. During the open forum, the Government will provide requirements and acquisition strategy
information, as well as an opportunity to ask questions. We will use this information exchange to
help refine the requirement and strategy. Submission of any questions in advance is appreciated
and can be done so via email to Contracting Officer Mr. Michael Adams
(michael.adams.106@us.af.mil) and Contract Manager Ms. Pat Lucas (pat.lucas@us.af.mil). For
all questions submitted, please note whether or not the information is considered proprietary by
your company. At the conclusion of the event, all questions and government answers will be
posted on SAM.gov unless marked proprietary. Please submit questions no later than Friday, 19
Aug 2022, 4:00 p.m.
4. Following the open forum, virtual one-on-one sessions with the Government will be available
on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are allotting 45 minute sessions beginning on Wednesday,
25 Aug 2022 at 1:00 p.m. We request you limit discussions to the CTSS-V specific contract and
program issues vs. marketing your companys capabilities. If you would like to schedule a one-
on-one session, please contact Contracting Officer Mr. Michael Adams
(michael.adams.106@us.af.mil) and Contract Manager Ms. Pat Lucas (pat.lucas@us.af.mil) no
later than Friday, 19 Aug 2022, 4:00 p.m. In your request, please include your company name,
email address, phone number, and a list of attendees.
