Industry Day Presentation: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Galveston District, and the Jefferson County Drainage District No. 7 will host an industry day on May 6, 2022, at the Carl A. Parker Multipurpose Center in Port Arthur, Texas.
The event aims to provide an early exchange of information for interested contractors regarding upcoming work opportunities for the Sabine Pass to Galveston Bay Program's Port Arthur project. It also seeks to assist small businesses in navigating the contracting process, facilitate networking among businesses, and connect potential vendors and subcontractors.
The USACE will assess local subcontracting participation proposed by offerors during the source selection process and encourages prime offerors to engage with the local subcontracting community.
