Ground Rules and Assumptions for Briefings
1. Briefings during the discussions sessions will be presented to the government and industry.
Government is not liable for proprietary information disclosed.
2. Briefings should exclusively discuss the GWEFs requirement. Information shall be limited to
specifications. Marketing information and topics outside the scope of the SOO will not be
permitted, during this session.
3. Briefings may not exceed 50 minutes total. Each vendor may present one 50 minute
presentation of their company; vendor presentation reservations are first come, first serve.
4. The government reserves the right to cut off briefings exceeding their time limit. Rehearsing
your presentation is highly recommended.
5. Briefings shall be loaded on a labeled CD/DVD with company markings, encoded as either an
Adobe PDF or Microsoft PowerPoint Version 2019 or later, and submitted on Day 1 during
registration.
