STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD
INDUSTRY DAY
Background:
Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) requests rental space for the NNSY Industry Day. Rental space shall be capable of hosting up to 150 people during the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST to allow sufficient time for set up and take down.

Scope: The vendors location shall be within 20 miles from NNSY.
Vendors Quote Shall Include the Following (For each day):
Cost of set up
Required to be set up no later than 0700 on first day
Cost of breakdown
Required to be broken down no earlier than 1700 on last day
One Hundred and Twenty (120) Ballroom chairs total. Breakdown of chairs listed below (See Enclosure 1 for layout)
Multimedia capability for connection to the presenters laptop to include:
Large projection screen
High resolution overhead projector
Speakers
Six (6) Each 8 x 30 Presenter Tables with black skirts
Three (3) chairs per table (See Enclosure 1 for layout)
One (1) Podium with Mic
Fifteen (15) Each electrical power cords and outlet access is required to support laptops
Twenty-Five (25) Each 8 x 30 Tables with black skirts (See Enclosure 1 for layout)
Three (3) chairs per table (See Enclosure 1 for layout)
One (1) Each High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi required for client hotspot. Hardwire box as backup at Registration Desk).
Two (2) Each 8 x 30 Registration Tables with black skirts.
Two (2) chairs per table (See Enclosure 1 for layout)
Two (2) Each Water Stations (preferred) or conveniently placed water fountains.
Two (2) large trashcan approx 30 gal. to be emptied as needed throughout the day
Expected to provide all access, custodial services, utilities, and personnel needed to maintain the facility operations during all three (3) Industry Days
Bathroom facilities should be convenient to Industry Day area
Cost of parking at venue site to be included, NNSY requires between 100 and 120 available parking spaces.
Venue shall be accessible from 0700 until 1700 each day
