Intent

• The Government DOES NOT intend to use this conference to
confirm or deny any potential solutions, nor will it elaborate
on what is to be included in the Offerors proposal, other than
what will be stated in the solicitation under Section L,
Instructions to Offerors.

• The Government WILL attempt to answer any clarifications
that anyone may have regarding possible contradictions,
ambiguities or other potential anomalies which may impact
industry's ability to respond and the forthcoming evaluations.

One-on-One sessions shall be capability briefs by
each company. There shall be no Government
clarifications.

personnel other than the Contract Specialist or Contracting
Officer identified

• Contacting any other Government personnel may result in an
organizational conflict of interest (OCI) and may result in the
offeror being excluded from competition and award

WHO WE ARE

OPM-SANG assists with the development of the
capability within the Saudi Arabian National Guard
(SANG) to unilaterally initiate, sustain and operate
modern military organizations and systems in
conjunction with other Kingdom defense forces.
These capabilities include force expansion,
sustainment, medical services, ground and air
fielding, as well as a robust construction program that
is jointly managed by OPM and SANG personnel.

OPM-SANG AVIATION MISSION

Mission:
The Aviation Division, OPM-SANG, trains, advises, assists, and coordinates the procurement, delivery,
reception, integration, and training for all aviation platform and non-platform equipment for the Ministry of
National Guard Aviation, in order to facilitate the fielding of three multi-functional aviation brigades, an
Aviation Training Center, and increase the operational aviation capability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Ministry of the National Guard to conduct security and defensive operations.
