Other Plant Equipment. Can be either Government or Contractor. "OTB" signifies Platform Table; "OTF" signifies Saw. Tag #'s used for both USG and Contractor; use same system.2

Yes. The motor pool contains USG, Contractor, and Marine Corp material. Fire Truck is Government-owned; Ambulance is Contractor-owned. The Fire Truck is serviceable.3

USG's intent is to allow flexibility in awarded task order completion which may vary during time of execution to be done at no additional cost to the USG. For instance, if demilitarizing all ammunition in a lot will reduce lot frag to improve stockpile, company shall work with the HWAD QASAS and ACO to ensure all applicable approvals are in place prior to executing variation in quantity with no contract mod. Clause is used as an avenue to streamline contractual execution without requiring contract mod for small quantity changes.24
