Registration is now open for:

High-Speed Endoatmospheric Commercial Vehicle Conceptual Design Study and
Technology Roadmaps Development Industry Day

July 19, 2022

Schedule:

11:00am-12:30pm ET Presentation and Q&A

The technical team will elaborate on the SOW, evaluation criteria, and other items within
the Draft Request for Proposal. The team will also answer questions attendees ask in the
group setting. Attendees are encouraged to submit any questions they would like
answered in their registration email. Registration for this presentation is required.

12:30pm-1:30pm ET - Lunch Break

1:30pm-5:00pm ET One-on-One Sessions

Each attendee will have the opportunity for a 30-minute one-on-one session with the
technical/procurement team. Attendees are encouraged to submit questions they would
like answered in their one-on-one in their registration email. A request for a one-on-one
must be made in the attendees registration email. If additional time slots are needed for
one-on-ones, they will be scheduled for Wednesday, July 20, 2022.

For Registration:

To register, email Rita Dickens, the Contracting Officer, at rita.k.dickens@nasa.gov. She will
send the link to enter the Industry Day in her response. The deadline to register for the
presentation and one-on-ones is Friday, July 15, 2022 at 12:00pm ET.

Within your email registration for Industry Day attendees must include:

1. Organization, attendees names, and contact information

2. Request for a one-on-one session, if desired. A response email from Rita Dickens

will be sent to schedule a 30-minute time slot.

3. Include any questions from the draft RFP that can be publicly answered during the

group presentation and Q&A time.

4. Include any questions from the draft RFP that you would prefer be answered in the
one-on-one session. These questions will not be shared with other organizations.
