New offerors, as well as existing contractors who need changes to their account, must submit the posted form to automotiveedi.partnerships@gsa.gov by March 23, 2023 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
NEW MODEL REQUESTS
Deadline: March 23, 2023 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
Existing contractors should submit list of makes/models for any new vehicles they wish to propose
All awarded models will automatically be available in AutoStandards and AutoBid
This is specific to each contractor
New offerors should submit a list of all makes/models they wish to propose

AutoBid will open on September 5, 2023 for all contractors/offerors who properly requested an account
AutoBid will close October 6, 2023 at 3:00PM Eastern TimeNEW OFFERORS
New offerors must also submit full proposal documents as outlined in the RFP.
See RFP Section F for Instructions to Offerors, and Section G for Evaluation criteria
New proposals will go through a full evaluation for responsiveness, responsibility, and technical acceptability just as all contractors have upon initial submission

AutoStandards: A web-based application used by vendors to provide vehicle technical data as it relates to the Federal Vehicle Standards. It displays GSA's minimum vehicle requirements and compiles vehicle specifications from manufacturers/vendors.
AutoBid: A web-based application used by vendors to submit offers in response to solicitations and program renewals.
Other Information: AutoVendor also provides modules to update vehicle status, update model colors/pictures and download reports.

How do I get an AutoVendor Account?
To request an AutoVendor account, email the AutoVendor Account Request form to automotiveedi.partnerships@gsa.gov . Be sure these fields are completed:
Company Name
UEI Number
Address
Business Size (small or large)
Users Name(s)
Telephone
Fax (unless an EDI vendor, this is the number orders will be faxed to)
Email
Forgot Password?

Obtaining AutoVendor Passwords

No need to obtain a new user id and password. If you forgot your password, click the Need Help signing in? link located under the login button on the sign in page.
Please enter a password that meets all of the following criteria:
Password MUST be between 8 - 16 characters
Must contain at least one upper case letter (A-Z)
Must contain at least one lower case letter (a-z)
Must contain at least one numeral (0-9)
Must contain at least one of the following : #@ $%&!*+=?_:[ ] { }

Select Vehicle Type from a drop down box, or
Select Checklist Report for the sidebar menu of all items.
Navigation
Main Menu, select Vendor Updates;
From the drop down list box, select type;
Select schedule line;
Select type of update: Colors or Pictures
Updating Model Color and Pictures
Select the Colors tab and begin updating, adding or deleting colors for your available models.
* Disclaimer:
Orders placed by customers prior to the date and time of color changes will not reflect the new updates made to the color table.

Pictures/Documentation Maintenance
To maintain your pictures/documentation, select the Pictures tab under Vendor Updates to add or delete photos for your available models.
Mouse over the thumbnails to see larger size image. Or double click to see all.
Re-Arrange Button:
User can modify the sequence order of the pictures to be displayed in AutoChoice by editing the sequence number. The thumbnail in the first position is what will be displayed in the AutoChoice Choice screen.
Delete unwanted images.
Run Your Own Report:
Main Menu:
Select Report Builder
Enter the date range, etc. Select the specific data.
To Process:
Select the file type.
Save your query.

Existing user ids are still valid but may require a new password because of security requirements.

Vendor direct updates to AutoChoice:
Colors, photos, and status can be updated and maintained by the vendor.
Building reports:
Ability to customize your own report and save the query for future use.

Select AutoStandards drop down and click on Vehicle Type.
A list of vehicle types will appear to the right.

Checklist Report
Select AutoStandards drop down and click on Checklist Report.
A list by vehicle type will appear showing what is pending and submitted.
Only data associated with Models showing in Submitted Status will be reviewed.
