Multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts
Once the basic MACC contracts are awarded, actual work performance is accomplished via individual Task Orders (TOs)
Each TO is competed via TO Request for Proposal (TORFP)
Each TORFP identifies the project scope in accordance with:
Work Element 1 - Design-Build Effort
Work Element 2 - Design-Build Effort with Partial Design Provided
Work Element 3 - Construction Effort Only
Variety of multiple trades required in horizontal and vertical construction
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to design, manage and accomplish a broad range of repair, sustainment, alteration, and new construction work
