Please see the solicitation when it is released. The final solicitation will include the
finalized source selection process and criteria.

Question 9: Narrated videos often require time and effort to complete. Will the Government
provide instructions and evaluation criteria for Phase 2 prior to, or as part of, a draft
RFP?

Response: Yes, the Government intends to include the final source selection instructions,

process, and criteria in the solicitation.

Question 10: What acquisition vehicle is the government targeting for this contract?

Response:

The intended Governments intended acquisition vehicle has not been finalized yet;
this information will be released in the solicitation.

Question 11: Is the work funded?

Response:

Funding is currently available for this requirement, and the Government intends to
fully fund the initial base period award.

information presented at the Industry Day meeting are preliminary and are subject
to change. All final CBP approved solicitation information will be provided in the
solicitation when it is released. The final solicitation will supersede any possible

Government Comments 3: The Government is aware that the schedule presented at the Industry
Day meeting is extremely aggressive due to CBPs current operational needs. The
Government realizes that there may be some delays in meeting this aggressive
solicitation schedule, however, the Government presented this aggressive
preliminary schedule so that industry will be prepared to respond to this solicitation
as quickly as possible when the solicitation is released, to meet CBPs current
operational needs.
