The Contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction of a postal facility for the Postal Service, including all incidental work described in the contract documents.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to: 1.
Provide new roof-mounted, pre-assembled E-house complete with switchboards, transformer, panelboard, lighting, wiring devices, and HVAC. Provide new power distribution to connect to existing panels, transformers, motor control centers, etc.
Provide new lighting and fire alarm devices where indicated.
3. Disconnect and remove existing switchboards and modify associated feeders. 4. 5. Replace roof membrane below new steel frame. 6. New steel frame to support new electrical equipment. 7.
Exterior wall work related to electrical penetrations.
All work shall be in accordance with applicable codes and local regulations that may apply. In case of conflict in or between the Contract Documents and a governing code or ordinance, the more stringent standard shall apply.
