Government Description
Design/bid/build construction of the collective training enlisted barracks east at fort mccoy, Wisconsin. The project consists of constructing a new four-story, 400-PERSON open bay barracks totaling approximately 65,000 square feet, based on the operational readiness training complex standard design adapted to fort mccoy's current standardized barracks floorplan. Each modular bay will include open bay barracks areas, showers, bathrooms, and laundry capabilities, maximizing usable beds and accommodating fluctuating numbers of soldiers with male/female separation and unit integrity. Work includes site utility changes, reflected ceiling plan changes, secondary service entrance feed changes, arc fault circuit interrupter changes, split system a/C unit size changes, and installation of fire dampers in the barracks building.
