Zodiac-Poettker HBZ JV II LLC,* St. Louis, Missouri, was awarded a $72,713,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a joint operation and mission planning center at Scott Air Force Base. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Scott AFB, Illinois, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 30, 2023.
