CALCASIEU RIVER AND PASS DREDGING, MILE 5.0 TO 17.0. THE WORK CONSISTS OF REMOVAL OF MATERIAL FROM WITHIN THE CALCASIEU RIVER SHIP CHANNEL AND SATISFACTORY DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL IN DESIGNATED CONFINED DISPOSAL FACILITIES ADJACENT TO THE CALCASIEU RIVER AND PASS, AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS. REMOVAL OF MATERIAL FROM WITHIN DEVIL’S ELBOW IS INCLUDED AS OPTIONAL WORK, ALONG WITH RETENTION DIKE CONSTRUCTION, SURVEYS, AND OPTIONAL DITCHING AND DRAINING OF DISPOSAL AREAS. ALL OPERATIONS ARE PERFORMED WITHIN CALCASIEU AND CAMERON PARISHES, LOUISIANA.
