Government Description
CONSTRUCT BULK POL (PETROLEUM, OIL, AND LUBRICANTS) STORAGE TANK AND FACILITIES. INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO 15,000-BARREL CUT AND COVER BULK POL STORAGE TANKS, ASSOCIATED CONCRETE AND STEEL PUMP HOUSES, A FILTER FACILITY, DIESEL OPERATING STORAGE TANKS AND DISPENSERS, TWO R-11 REFUELER VEHICLE FILL STANDS, A RECEIPT SYSTEM, PAVEMENTS, UTILITIES, COMMUNICATIONS, SITE IMPROVEMENTS, SECURITY FENCING, AND PERIMETER LIGHTING TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE AND USABLE FACILITY. THE PROJECT INCLUDES A BACKUP GENERATOR AND ALL FACILITIES ARE DESIGNED AS SEMI-PERMANENT CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR ANTITERRORISM/FORCE PROTECTION.
