B-21 east alert apron environmental protection shelters, project number FXBM253794 at ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, is an unrestricted solicitation. The project involves Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction of four new pre-engineered metal Environmental Protection Shelters (EPS), each approximately 20,000 SF, sized for B-2A 'spirit' aircraft and general aircraft maintenance.
