Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Greeley, Colorado, was awarded a $95,333,600 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of the Ground Base Strategic Deterrence Integrated Command Center. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed at F. E. Warren Air Force Base, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 3, 2026.
