CONSTRUCTION OF THE B-21 WEAPONS GENERATION FACILITY - SITE F (WGF-F) AT ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, SD. THE PROJECT INVOLVES BUILDING A 52,210 SQ FT HARDENED FACILITY WITH CONSOLIDATED STORAGE, MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION, AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS, INCLUDING A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, UTILITIES, PAVEMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, SITE IMPROVEMENTS, SECURITY FORCES FIRE TEAM FACILITY (F2F), ENTRY CONTROL POINT (ECP)/SHELTER, AND OVERHEAD BRIDGE CRANES IN EACH MAINTENANCE BAY, ALL MEETING ESSENTIAL FACILITY SYSTEM NUCLEAR DESIGN CERTIFICATION AND DOD ANTITERRORISM/FORCE PROTECTION AND CYBERSECURITY REQUIREMENTS. WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES ROOFING, ASPHALT PAVING, DOOR ASSEMBLIES AND HARDWARE INSTALLATION, LANDSCAPING, PHYSICAL SECURITY, VERTICAL LIFT AND VAULT DOORS, TEST AND BALANCE, ELECTRICAL TESTING, RESINOUS FLOORING, SURVEYING, FIRE PROTECTION, FINISH CARPENTRY, WATERPROOFING, JOINT SEALANTS AND AIR BARRIER, HVAC, PLUMBING AND FUEL SYSTEM, CONCRETE PAVING, PRECAST AND CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE, PAINTING, TOILET PARTITIONS AND ACCESS, ROUGH AND FINISH CARPENTRY, INSULATION, METAL FRAMING, DRYWALL, ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS AND WALL PANELS, DEFENSE FIGHTING POSITION, ALUMINUM PLENUM FRAMING, RF SHIELDING, BULLET RESISTANT PANELS, SIGNAGE, ELECTRICAL AND LOW VOLTAGE SYSTEMS, RAISED ACCESS FLOORS, SECURE ENTRY PORTALS, FIREPROOFING, GLASS AND GLAZING, MASONRY, HARD TILE AND RESILIENT FLOORING, METAL WALL PANELS, HAZARDOUS AND WATER STORAGE TANKS, GAS UTILITIES, COMMISSIONING, PAVEMENT MARKINGS, MATERIAL TESTING, AND SPECIAL INSPECTIONS. THE FACILITY WILL ALSO INCLUDE BULLET RESISTANT LOUVERS, ARCHITECTURAL LOUVERS, DOOR FRAME INSTALLATION, AND BOTH EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR SIGNAGE.
