Red Point Construction LLC,* Palmer, Alaska, was awarded a $13,820,000 firm-fixed-price contract for constructing a maintenance facility that include a maintenance repair shop, loading dock and warehouse space. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Clear Air Force Station, Alaska, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2021. Fiscal 2020 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $13,820,000 were obligated at the time of the award.
