General Technical Services LLC,* Wall Township, New Jersey, was awarded a $13,394,728 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development, soldier tactical/expeditionary power and energy generation services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, with an estimated completion date of June 19, 2023.
