OCONUS COCO storage services. Provides Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) fuel storage and management services in the subic bay freeport zone, republic of the Philippines, operating 24/7. Services include receiving, storing, protecting, and shipping U.S. Government-owned aviation turbine fuel grade JP5/F44 and fuel naval distillate grade F76 via tanker/barge, tank truck, and all classes of naval surface vessels. The contractor is also responsible for management, operation, maintenance, product quality surveillance, inventory control, accounting, security, safety, and environmental protection of the facility, with storage requirements including adequate fill capacity for 1,063,000 barrels of JP5/F44 and 540,000 barrels of F76, and a minimum of two interconnected tanks per product type to allow product transfer between tanks.
