Utility service contract for utility privation. The contract covers the privatization of the central heat and power plant and electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater systems at Fort Greely, Fort Richardson, and Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Includes the transfer of ownership and responsibility for operations, maintenance, repair, upgrades, and replacement of these utility systems, as well as providing expansions to meet future government needs.
