Tactical Shore Systems (TSS) lifecycle support is provided to enhance the operational capabilities of shore tactical systems. The contractor delivers engineering and technical support for TSS lifecycle operations, including integration of systems and technologies, configuration management, software support, logistics and documentation management, and personnel training. Additional services include fielded engineering support, quality and information assurance, incident resolution, on-site technical assistance, proactive customer engagement, maintenance engineering, lifecycle testing, cybersecurity engineering, supply support management, training development, software maintenance, system installation planning, and turnover processes. Work is performed at multiple government facilities including NIWC atlantic in Charleston, SC; norfolk, VA; portsmouth, VA; nctams lant in norfolk, VA; nctams pac in wahiawa, HI; and nswc Panama city, FL.
