Government Description
Autonomy Baseline Manager (ABM) provides systems engineering oversight and management of autonomous systems development and the associated central software repository for unmanned autonomy artifacts, processes, and procedures. The ABM leads the development and maintenance of processes, procedures, and documentation to establish, maintain, and grow unmanned vehicles (UXV) autonomy baselines, collaborating with platform autonomy architects, service vendors, and government representatives to ensure alignment with Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) PMS 406 requirements. Includes supporting integration testing, requirement validation, analysis and assessment of delivered software artifacts, development of compliance processes and tools, assisting the U.S. Navy in managing and evolving maritime autonomy baseline requirements, integrating new software capabilities using devsecops and agile methods, and maintaining cross-program commonality and umaa compliance for interoperability across UXV platforms.
