Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $105,848,728 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only contract for engineering and technical services in support of the Evolved Seasparrow Missile and NATO Seasparrow Missile Systems programs. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $362,447,752. This contract combines purchases for the Navy (96%); and the governments of Japan (1%); Thailand (1%); United Arab Emirates (1%); and the Republic of Korea (1%) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (73%); Portsmouth, Rhode Island (26%); Andover, Massachusetts (less than 1%); San Jose, California (less than 1%); Aranjuez, Spain (less than 1%); Brisbane, Australia (less than 1%); and Koropi Attica, Greece (less than 1%). Work is expected to be completed by December 2021. If all options are exercised, work will continue through December 2025.
