Jul 2019: Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded $41,269,021 for modification P00002 to a previously awarded order (N00019-19-F-2474) placed against basic ordering agreement N00019-14-G-0020.  This modification exercises an option for the design, procurement and integration of flight test instrumentation and data processing solutions for F-35 Lightning II development test aircraft to support the Tech Refresh-3 and the Follow on Modernization Block 4 mission systems configuration.  Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in February 2021.  Fiscal 2019 research, development, test and evaluation (Air Force) and non-U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) participant funds in the amount of $2,470,993 are being obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This modification combines purchases for the Air Force ($16,501,005; 40%); Navy ($8,250,503; 20%); Marine Corps ($8,250,503; 20%); and non-U.S. DoD participants ($8,267,010; 20%).  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Dec 2020: Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $68,162,655 modification (P00023) to cost-plus-incentive-fee order N00019-19-F-2474 against previously issued basic ordering agreement N00019-14-G-0020.  This modification adds scope to procure additional Technical Refresh 3 (TR3) test assets to allow for test laboratory upgrades and for test aircraft modifications.  This modification will result in the procurement and delivery of TR3 system laboratory and flight test assets for the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and non-Department of Defense (DOD) participants.  Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida (98%); and Fort Worth, Texas (2%), and is expected to be completed in March 2023.  Fiscal 2020 research, development, test and evaluation (Air Force) funds in the amount of $21,000,000; fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,000,000; and non-DOD participant funds in the amount of $881,107 will be obligated at time of award, $21,000,000 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Jun 2022: Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $12,606,828 modification (P00035) to a cost-plus-incentive-fee order (N0001919F2474) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001914G0020). This modification provides for common weapons integration for lab regression through supplier support; weapons project management with weapons and data analysis technical interchange meetings; captive carriage flight testing, and weapons delivery accuracy testing in support of the F-35 program for the Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps, and the governments of the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia, Denmark, and Norway. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (70%); Edwards, California (18%); Tucson, Arizona (5%); St. Charles, Missouri (5%); and Samlesbury, United Kingdom (2%), and is expected to be completed in December 2024. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation (Air Force) funds in the amount of $2,044,541; fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,544,540; and Foreign Cooperative Project funds in the amount of $1,679,449 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
