Macaroni aims to develop electrically small receivers and transmitters that exceed the current state of the art (SOA). The program includes work on single crystal, kt cut quartz resonators made from ndk quartz, microchip design, and capacitors. Efforts are focused on advancing technology for electromechanical inductor transmitters (EMIT) to achieve performance beyond the chu limit.
