DOJ OCIO Enterprise Infrastructure Support Services (EISS) provides technical consulting, assistance, and review of assigned DOJ services. The contractor augments DOJ OCIO staff as a Service Management Team (SMT) by performing independent verification and validation of technical and management products, managing projects and schedules, and providing service delivery and operational planning, guidance, and support. Additional tasks include technical, business, and financial implementation support; oversight of security compliance and configuration management; assessment and reporting advisory services; coordination and liaison for MSP and DOJ; development of monitoring plans; performance testing; ensuring sla compliance; conducting financial analysis and recommendations; assisting with procurement activities; and maintaining the appropriate security posture for DOJ information systems.
