The contractor is responsible for designing, developing, and producing e-courses for online delivery, including project management, creating an e-learning library strategy and style guide, and developing course content that educates ginnie mae’s internal stakeholders and external issuer base on its mission, history, programs, policies, and business processes/systems. Additional tasks may include developing e-courses from recorded webinars on counterparty risk management and mortgage cash flows, as well as preparing a transition-out plan for handover of responsibilities and materials.
