Attollo proposes to develop a GeSn / Si photodiode and tune the epitaxial layers for eSWIR sensitivity in partnership with Prof. Jack Ma (U. Wisc.) and Dr. Amy Liu (IQE) to realize 2.X m eSWIR detectors that can be monolithically integrated with Silicon CMOS wafers, and ultimately incorporated into low SWaP-C cameras
