Title
Open Call for Innovative Defense-Related Dual-Purpose Technologies/Solutions with a Clear Air Force Stakeholder Need
Abstract
Isolated data is a significant challenge for DOD teams from RDT&E programs to the tactical edge. On RDT&E programs, lost information and access issues add over 30% to project schedules and labor costs. dLinc is developing next-generation technology that solves this problem, creating the framework for dynamically linked information and AI with an intrinsic cybersecurity shield. dLinc s linked data blockchain secures and connects isolated data and provides automated tools to compartmentalize, manage, and track access across diverse teams. Applied to Air Force RDT&E programs, SecureLD would shave 15% from development schedules and save $1.9B annually. In this Phase II, dLinc will advance our prototype software to TRL-8 and pilot its use on a high-impact RDT&E program with diverse participants. The output of this work will be a cloud software platform that works within existing networks, ready for transition to fielded use.
Research Objective
The goal of phase II is to continue the R&D efforts initiated in Phase I. Funding is based on the results achieved in Phase I and the scientific and technical merit and commercial potential of the project proposed in Phase II.
