This contract provides for the Operational Systems Development of a digitally networked ecosystem, with the primary software being developed to deliver a program called NetworkOS. Work will be performed at Dayton, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2025. This contract was a sole source acquisition.
