The usaid/Vietnam treatment for dioxin remediation at the bien hoa airbase area phase I (treatment-phase I) activity. This activity includes the design of a Thermal Conductive Heating (TCH) treatment system with a liquid-vapor treatment plant to remediate high-concentration dioxin-contaminated soil to a target final residual-contamination level, construction of the treatment system, operation of the system to treat approximately 150,000 cubic meters of contaminated soil in accordance with strict health, safety, and environmental standards, and demobilization of the system with safe disposal of any residual waste material.
