ENTERPRISE FACIAL LICENSE O&M PROVIDES OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE FOR ENTERPRISE-WIDE FACIAL RECOGNITION SOFTWARE LICENSES. THIS INCLUDES ANNUAL SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR NEC ADVANCED IDENTITY MANAGER (AIM) PERPETUAL LICENSES, SPECIFICALLY FOR THE AIM-XM AND AIM-ES PRODUCTS, ENABLING BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION ACROSS UNLIMITED BIOMETRIC QUANTITIES, HARDWARE PLATFORMS, AND LOCATIONS. THE WORK SUPPORTS SCREENING, VETTING, AND CREDENTIALING OF INDIVIDUALS SEEKING IMMIGRATION BENEFITS, EMPLOYMENT, OR ENTRY/EXIT TO THE UNITED STATES, AND ENSURES OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS WITHIN THE AUTOMATED BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (IDENT) FOR DHS COMPONENTS SUCH AS OBIM, CBP, ICE, TSA, AND USCIS. MAINTENANCE ALSO INCLUDES SUPPORT FOR LARGE AND SMALL GALLERY IMPLEMENTATIONS, ASSESSMENT TOOLS, AND IS CRITICAL TO PREVENTING SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, MAINTAINING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE FOR NATIONAL SECURITY AND PUBLIC SAFETY OPERATIONS, AND ENSURING INTEROPERABILITY WITH DHS NETWORK ARCHITECTURE AND SYSTEMS.
