The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, and services (except as may be expressly set forth in the contract as furnished by the government) to fulfill the requirements of this PWS dated 10/0. Includes conducting verification of community activities to reduce flood damage and recommend crs classification, recommending improvements to the crs program for implementation during the contract period, conducting training and technical assistance in implementing credited flood protection activities, and preparing a range of communications materials pertaining to the crs program and its operations.
