Overview
Government Description
Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for expanding the existing community living center. The project includes expanding the community living center by 9,900 square feet and renovating approximately 20,000 square feet of existing space to meet current clc community living standards. Construction will also include a connecting corridor and elevator to the adjacent physical therapy building, as well as exterior entrance and other outside work to meet psdm standards.
