Construction of tahoma national cemetery phase 3 development. This phase will develop approximately 15 acres of the remaining undeveloped land to provide about 22,700 new gravesites, including casket, green burial, and cremation sites, as well as new burial sections and columbarium niches. Includes construction of additional burial facilities, access roads and parking, grading, drainage, irrigation, landscaping, temporary trailers, site furnishings, signage, infrastructure upgrades, honor guard and restroom buildings, irrigation system improvements, security enhancements, and various facility renovations and improvements to support expanded operations and maintenance for approximately 15 years.
