Replace/add new pavement/walkways at Salisbury VAMC

Add/Replace New Pavement, walks and striping, various locations. Salisbury NC VAMC Project #: 659-24-906 Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, qualified supervision, and all aspects of construction described here in other specific tasks as further defined by this request for Bid. The work includes, but not limited to excavation, asphalt works, and concrete works as indicated by construction drawings. Contractor shall make alteration to existing utilities if required for new works, lower or raising water valves covers, manholes covers (MH), repair of subbase, and provide and install VA accessibility ramps. All trash and debris shall be re-move from area in accordance with contract documents and all construction work is to be performed in accordance with local building code, specifications, and contract/documents. Contractor to submit traffic control plan and describe a how work to be done for the areas as noted in within this contract. All test results to be submitted to the government and any work found not to specifications and contract requirements will be rework at no cost to the government. All work, including final cleanup and completion of any punch list items, shall be performed within two hundred and forty (240) calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
