Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is issuing this solicitation for the FY24 Salisbury Shrine Project. The NCA's mission is to honor veterans by providing them with a final resting place and memorials that commemorate their service.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the Salisbury National Cemetery through specific construction tasks aimed at improving the site.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary to raise, realign, and clean upright headstones as well as perform turf renovation in multiple sections at the Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC. This work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other supporting documents as required.

The magnitude of construction for this project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Period of Performance
The total performance period for this project is 548 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
