All objects will be securely caulked into place.

Critical work duties encompass HVAC installation, lighting upgrades, plumbing work, and fire suppression systems to achieve an overall renovation of the locked mental health ward. The project requires strict adherence to phasing due to the sensitive nature of the environment.
