Background
The project aims to improve access to the Bighorn National Forest and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands through roadway rehabilitation, widening, and minor realignment of Red Grade Road (County Road 26/USFS Route FSR 26). This road serves as a travel corridor from Wyoming State Highway 335 to U.S. Highway 14, addressing substandard roadway conditions, geometrics, and safety issues.

Work Details
The scope of work includes: roadway rehabilitation, widening, and minor realignment of Red Grade Road. The project emphasizes the importance of establishing a Partnering relationship between contractors and subcontractors to ensure effective performance and timely resolution of disputes. Participation in formal Partnering meetings is encouraged but voluntary. The contractor is required to provide electronic documentation using Masterworks, including correspondence, submittals, measurement notes, reports, plans, diagrams, qualifications, certifications, payrolls, schedules, invoices, mix designs, job-mix formulas, test results, notifications, requests, permits, and agreements. All documents must be submitted in a clear resolution with discernible color and text.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in the vicinity of Bighorn National Forest and Bureau of Land Management lands in Wyoming.
