This requirement is for the acquistion of a Predictive Road and Environmental Conditions System, In accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Background
This requirement is for the acquisition of a Predictive Road and Environmental Conditions System. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and is being solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business. The period of performance is one calendar year, and the offer must remain valid until 1 August 2024.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a predictive weather software in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors are also required to complete a table in section v, IAW the associated PWS, and submit Attachment 2, Past Performance Questionnaire. Additionally, personnel requesting access to Malmstrom Air Force Base must possess valid identification, and offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The specific Ombudsman information for this acquisition is provided, and funds are not presently available for this effort.
