Quotes are due no later than 100PM EDT on May 19, 2023

Contractors shall complete and return a copy of attachment 2 - IDIQ Pricing Model, attachment 3 - Task Order One PWS, and attachment 4 - Task Order Pricing Model no later than the response date and time of 1:00PM EDT on May 19, 2023.

Background
The Jacobs Creek Job Corps Center (JCC) requires wastewater hauling services for its wastewater treatment plant, which has experienced a total membrane failure and is currently non-operational. The average volume hauled since the plant failure has been 15,000 gallons per day. The center is continuing efforts to control infiltration and inflow into the sewer system; therefore, it is expected that the hauling requirements will decrease significantly by the fall of 2023.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation to successfully provide services including pumping and hauling of sludge, pumping and hauling of excess influent to prevent overflow, and seeding the wastewater treatment plant for improved treatment process. The task order is anticipated to include hauling needs from June 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024.
All sludge and wastewater removed from the Center under this task order shall be disposed of by the contractor in accordance with Federal, State of Tennessee, and local regulations.
