Background
The U.S. Air Force 87th Contracting Squadron, located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, is seeking to procure maintenance and repair services for vertical lifting fabric hangar doors. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continuous and safe operation of these doors, which are critical for the operations at the base. This requirement is set aside for small businesses, emphasizing the agency's commitment to supporting small business participation in government contracts.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to repair and maintain the vertical lifting fabric hangar doors located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Specific tasks include:
- Annual preventative maintenance for various buildings as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Responding to service calls within designated timeframes and performing necessary repairs as outlined in the PWS.
- Providing repair parts and labor as needed, with costs not exceeding specified amounts in accordance with PWS paragraphs 1.3.1 and 1.3.2.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards during maintenance activities.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance will be from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four additional option periods of one year each.
