This solicitation is for janitorial services at USACE Portland District's Vancouver Resident Office located in Vancouver, WA.

There will be a scheduled site visit on Wednesday 30 August 2023 beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time. Attendance is limited to two (2) people per firm. Interested contractors must RSVP by email with Susan Wichers (Susan.M.Wichers@usace.army.mil) and Michael Saldana (Michael.E.Saldana@usace.army.mil) No Later Than 3:00 p.m. local time on 29 August 2023. Refer to "W9127N-23-Q-0091 Site Visit" in the subject line of your response. Please provide name of individuals attending and company representing.

In the event that no RSVPs have been received by the suspense time, the site visit will be cancelled.

Site visit meeting time is 10:00 a.m. local time on 30 August 2023 at the Vancouver Resident Office located at 4480 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98661.

Attendance is not a requirement to submit a quote.

Background
This solicitation is for janitorial services at USACE Portland District's Vancouver Resident Office located in Vancouver, WA. The contract is for a base period of performance of 12 months with options to extend the period of performance by 12 months per option for a total period of performance of up to 60 months.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide janitorial services and services shall not be provided which are considered closely related to inherently governmental functions. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Janitorial Services as defined in this Statement of Work at the USACE Vancouver Resident Office. The cleaning days may vary if agreed upon in advance; however, the office must be kept cleaned for business operations Monday-Friday and cleaned after 5:00 pm. The contractor shall furnish all materials and cleaning supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning agents, disinfectants, deodorizers, waxes, sealers, waste basket liners, mops, brooms, scrub brushes, detergents, among others.
The contractor shall also ensure that all employees are capable of demonstrating adequate knowledge of chemicals, tools, equipment, and techniques necessary to competently perform the work. Additionally, the contractor shall ensure that all employees are familiar with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) guidance for prevention, cleaning and disinfecting.

Period of Performance
Base contract services will begin on October 1, 2023 and will end on September 30, 2024. Options to extend services will consecutively follow the base period and may include: October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025; October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026; October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027; October 1, 2027 through September 30, 2028.

The contract will be performed at the USACE Vancouver Resident Office located at 4480 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver WA.
