Vacuum Furnace and Polycold Chillers   2

Background
The Air Force Sustainment Center’s Maintenance Contracting Branch at Tinker Air Force Base, OK, is issuing this solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price contract for Vacuum Furnace and Polycold Chillers Maintenance Services.

The goal of the contract is to provide comprehensive remedial maintenance services over a five-year period, which includes one base year and four option years. This acquisition is part of a Full and Open Competition.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary to perform Remedial Maintenance on Heat Treatment Furnaces, Vacuum Furnaces, and Heat Treat Freezer at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC).

The services will be provided as follows:
- Remedial Maintenance (RM) for Heat Treatment Furnaces and associated equipment as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Each option year will require similar services as outlined in the base period.
- The contractor must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions stated in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
1 February 2025 – 31 January 2026 (Base Year); 1 February 2026 – 31 January 2027 (Option Year 1); 1 February 2027 – 31 January 2028 (Option Year 2); 1 February 2028 – 31 January 2029 (Option Year 3); 1 February 2029 – 31 January 2030 (Option Year 4).
