Wheelchair Ambulette Services - CLE VAMC POP: July 1, 2023 - July 31, 2023

SPECIAL NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Apex Transit Solutions for an emergency bridge ambulette services at the Cleveland VAMC for the period of July 1, 2023 July 31, 2023. NAICS Code 485991, size standard $16.5 million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 (unusual and compelling urgency), to negotiate on a sole source basis with Apex Transit Solutions, as they are available to do the emergency work in the short turnaround time required and not allow for patient care to be jeopardized. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 12:00 Eastern on 6/27/2023.
